Pearl abyss BDO account and Steam Account
I have 2 account since i wanted one on steam.
The Pearl Abyss transfer account is stuck in (NOW PROCESSING) mode.
Steam account i get up to the Information page and when i press enter it says that my email address already exist. So i thought, try my wife's email address to have the same answer.
Probably have to just wait it out but thought to make a post.

The same issue! Steam says email already exists and I can not log in! Any solutions?

Same issue here. Enter information and it says my email is already in use.

Hello!

Could you try to log in on Pearl Abyss' website[account.pearlabyss.com], not via Steam but via the normal login, using your Steam Email and password?
If it works, try to change the email of this account as you might have accidently created a second account on the Pearl Abyss website by accident.

Let me know how this goes!

So to clarify. If you made a PA account by accident, by changing that accounts email it will not negatively effect the steam account or saved data?

I can log in on the pearl Abyss site. But I ordered a transfer, but want it to go through steam... If I change my email on Pearl.. will the transfer still take place?

I think I have to uninstall the steam version and just take it through Pearl....

So to clarify. If you made a PA account by accident, by changing that accounts email it will not negatively effect the steam account or saved data?

You're changing the email of a secondary account that is blocking your access with Steam, things should go fine! If anything goes wrong, Customer Support can always help.

Are you trying to transfer a Normal Account into a Steam Account? Because this isn't possible. You can't convert a Normal account into a Steam Account and vice versa.

This solution worked. Apparently i made a PA account at some point in the past before the account transfer process. Thanks for the help.

Welp, can not log in to the non steam version as well. Really don't remember where I had the game anymore. I just have one account on pearl abyss

I could be wrong and maybe misreading the scenario but DO NOT DO THIS. Don't care that it works. You are logging in with your Steam credentials onto a 3rd party website. These mmo's are supposed to be using Steam authentication so that the 3rd party website does not know your Steam credentials.

Ok, I am going to write this as easily as I can and hopefully you can understand me LOL.

So, just say my original email was AAA@gmail.com and I made an alternate email BBB@gmail.com. I then changed BBB@gmail.com to be the email I log in with and the AAA@gmail is now the alternate email. I saved it, Pear Abyss sent me an email accepting the changes, so I logged out and I even logged out of Steam and relogged into Steam and tried logging in to BDO with my Steam details and Nadda :-(

What did I do wrong?

I see on the PA website where it says alternate email address it has the AAA@gmail.com address and under it it says "set as the default email address" and it is underlined and also has a trash can next to the underlined sentence. If I click on the trash can, would it delete the AAA@gmail address and only leave the BBB@gmail.com address to log in with?

Any help would be appreciated.

I see SRGNT_MCSPANKY also had the same problem as myself and you replied with the above solution. So below is what I did and I am hoping this is what you meant we were supposed to do to fix the problem. Are you able to let me know if what I typed below, and what I did, was the correct thing please. Because as you can see, I still can't log into Steam :(

I created a secondary email. BBB@. I enter the BBB@ onto the account, set it as default to replace AAA@ then deleted the AAA@ from the pearl abyss account. This leaves AAA@ as my steam email and BBB@ as the pearl abyss email. Then relaunch the game and use AAA@ for the information sheet.
