5 Free character slots are locked, cant create new "normal" character. Please help.

Hello!

5 of the original free character slots are locked and i can create only Season character?
I want to make one new class on normal character, what am i missing?

I bought character slot expansion coupon from the shop (and use it), but there is "+" mark only in the Season character.

when you make your character you can choose normal or seasonal when you complete

You have to make first both normal and seasonal character, if you want to do second normal character. That was anyhow my case..

the reason is that seasonal is for new players. they want to force new players to have a seasonal character so you don't miss out on the catch up mechanics for seasonal gear.

Ok, that should be said somewhere. I was figuring that out almost 5 hours :D
Internet was also no good, but problem solved :)
