Saying they are working on it for almost a week now
Since last Wednesday and im forced to Turkish server while my main on EU
Im about to miss season pre creation and no response from GMs
They responded to me quite quickly and were very nice. That's great and all but yeah I'm not expecting much. Quite sad.
It's very FRUSTRATING.
I really tilted after download this game 3rd time after yesterday update.
These rich indie companies, damn
What is this about service.ini and config.ini? Is there some guide I can follow to do this? Even if it is just a temporary fix.
As I've stated before I honestly didn't expect them to get back to me or resolve this whole issue. Dunno why, just had that feeling....
Well, I am happy to say they sent me some new instructions.
DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING WITHOUT BEING INSTRUCTED BY THEM TO DO SO:
I was told to completely remove the game from my steam library and they supplied me with a new key. As soon as I added the new key I noticed the title popped up as "Black Desert (North US/EU Support)" So that already gives me some hope.
I will be downloading the game again tonight and making sure it works. I will update you if it works or not.
Will keep you up to date. If you haven't yet I recommend opening a ticket on the EU site and explaining the whole region issue with steam. I'm sure they will assist you.
Best of luck!
