Beauty Album not working in game

Is anyone else having trouble opening the beauty album ingame? It keeps saying "Unable to load the page, temporarily unable to load page , please try again later" it has been showing this for two days now.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Not just with the beauty album though but all in-game webbrowser windows like guild information or the BDO wiki. Makes learning about the game and finding a guild a real pain in the behind.

Found the problem (for me anyway). There is two things I did:

1. Apparently my AvastAntivirus quarantined the CoherentUI_Host.exe. So I removed it from the quarantine and added an exception to my antivirus-software for that. Apparently that file is needed to work for any of BDO's ingame web-pages (like the Wiki, beauty album etc.).

2. I had steam check Black Desert Online for missing/corrupt files (click on the game in your library -> properties -> local files -> search for missing (or whatever it's named - my client isn't in English so it might be a little different for you). That found and fixed 4 missing/corrupt files and voilá. It's now working.
