Pearl Shop Question and Dye Issue

I haven't played BDO in over almost 2 Years, Came back recently because of SHAI. I had a Tamer that I had gotten some Pearl Items on and Dyed them. I got online today and was messing around, trying to remember settings. I removed my cloths and put them back on, After doing so all their Dyes disappeared but only Visually, It still shows them as being on the Item... just doesn't appear to be on my Character.

Is there a fix for this? or what happened?

Now for my Question about Dyes, I haven't played in so long that I can't remember much. I wanted to buy an outfit from the Pearl Shop and Dye it... but everything says "Cannot be Dyed" under it. Is this false? Because back when I played, My Tamer could dye an item that I had bought from the Pearl Shop

If you dyed your outfit with Merv's Palette through the Value Pack, that's most likely why. It'll still show your outfits have dye but if your value pack is expired it won't actually show.
