Missing Item from Pearl Shop

I spent 2,200 pearls on [Event] Fantastic Young Dragon Box (Dream Horse), and the Pearls were taken, but no items of this purchase has arrived, the paid items are missing!!!

That's a bit odd, did you double check the pearl tab in your inventory?

I went through everything in the pearl inventory and normal inventory. I'm kinda mad about it, because 2200 pearls were taken, that is a lot of missing pearls.

I guess the only thing now is to wait for BDO support to reply to my ticket. I feel like i need to go over all my previous pearl purchases, to see if it adds up, or anything else is missing. I don't trust the pearl shop anymore, things like this shouldn't just go missing.

Well yeah, but I'm sure BDO would be more than happy to help me out once they see my purchase history. But, for now I am still waiting for reply to the ticket, that was put on the 13th.

Guys same happen to me I purchased "[Striker] Venia Riding Attire" for 2,200 pearls. The pearls were taken but the items do not appear in my inventory. I already submit a ticket I hope they answer me soon. This is very stranger... Black Desert team please correct this situation or nobody will purchase at pearl shop.

Almost two weeks, and BDO hasn't responded. Disappointing. You need to better treat people who purchase your pearl shop items.
