How I recruit a player for my guild

I have some friends and we created a guild, so I created it, but I don't know how I can recruit them for my guild can someone tell me how I recruit players?

There are two methods on how to recruit a player into the guild.
Method 1: Click their character/family name in chat > 'Guild Invite'
Method 2: Cursor Mode (Ctrl by default) > 'Guild Invite'

Method 2 is only if the player is near you.

If a player just left a guild, there is a 24-hour wait time until joining a new guild.

That really hasn't helped me at all. Honestly? Talking. Meeting people in game. Helping someone ... being respectful...starting a convo in the middle of a grind with someone who just arrived at your grind spot. Instead of killing each other . It actually works. Even if someone doesn't join your guild, you've gained a friend.
