Prices are exaggerated, how do you get so much silver?

Hi,

The prices on the marketplace are sometimes really exaggerated, e.g. I would need 2x "Rebellious Spirit Crystal" for my build later, one of them costs 1.7B, how on earth do you want to get so much silver together without crafting etc.?

Sure you can get silver by killing monsters or selling things you loot that you don't need, but that much?

if you are full pen tuvala and a little depending on what class you play of course
on season
if you use agris and lootscrolls
you should be able to make 700m-1b/h at spots like
gahaz/crescent shrine/centaurs/aakman/kratuga/hystria/jail/sulphur mine/polli forest/blood woolfs and some other spots

just buying forbidden books/ancient language scrolls and combining them and killing the bosses and selling the memory fragments should make you close to that amount aswell
(keep in mind that in a not that distant future we will get new god weapons so memory fragments are going to go up in value)

1.7b is nothing nowadays even noob area give 300m per hour. so yes u grind or gamble enhance.

It's difficult for you right now, because you are just starting.
Your agris is either nil or you don't have much.
You haven't figured out what areas you feel comfortable grinding in that gives decent trash loot that you can sell.
Hang in there, relax, and don't try to rush things.
Rushing in BDO tends to frustrate more than it gives in success.
I know this may all seem enigmatic, but it is the reality of BDO.

2/3P and 3P means do it in a group of 2 or 3.

If an area feels too difficult, try one of the less difficult (lower AP/DP requirement) areas.

you can get that rebellious crystal through playing the story. do it with one character then make another and do it again, with the second character dont pick the option to skip past velia quests. it will put you ahead of the first crystal piece out of the 3 you need to make it

Takes a while but you'll eventually get to a point where you make billions a day, it's just a matter of time, playing and advancing. When I log in and I just fart I make around 2b, daily I'm around 4/6 bills depending on drop luck etc and playing casual. There's people that make way more thanks to life skills as well. Your progress is dictated by your gear and overall family advancements along with how much storilne you have completed and how much time you have been playing. The rebellious crystal as other mentioned is available through quests. Just don't die in PvE or they might get shattered. There's other things that are way more expensive and it's all tailored to where you are in your journey at a specific moment so don't rush it, take it step by step and aim for the reasonable upgrades you can achieve depending on your AP/DP (or lifeskills if you're inclined to it) and go from there. There's no rush in BDO, no expansion coming out taking you away from the fun or actuality of gameplay, it just takes time and you'll always find someone at your level of progress.
If something it seems too expensive for you right now, it might be out of your reach, so aim lower and progress from there, you'll waste silver, time and resources otherwise.

It's on average around 1200 hours of grinding if you buy most of your gear to get to the start of endgame 700 - 720 serviceable gear score. As long as you go into BDO with the mindset you would a mobile gotcha game you'll do fine.

I have take a look into the market and mostly all good gear is sold out? Never see any pen gear there? :/

Maybe sometime under registered, how to secure some good gear, and what is good pieces?

Are you NA or EU?

Because on NA the only things that are sold out are the Strikes lightstone, Vell's Heart, and [Garmoth Heart is a dream for most], also the PEN: Deboraka accessories, [maybe time to time the PEN: Distorstion, and PEN: Blackstar weapons are sold out.]

However, most of the time, all the other PEN items are available to buy, should you have the silver to buy them.

EU, are the mp separated? Can I switch the server to NA and buy there and come back to eu when it is so?

If you are in guild, you can make easy one bil by doing guild bosses. Grinding for scrllos and killing the bosses for memory fragments are easy way to grind for silver. Personlly I sell MF if the at least on 3,6 mil on CM.

When the PA launcher comes up, on the lower right is a region selection drop down.
See if NA (North America) is a selection of yours.
If it is, you can play on the NA Servers.

HOWEVER, note, playing on a different region server means you are starting from scratch on that server. You will have nothing.
You will not lose anything on the EU servers, but you will have nothing on the NA servers.
Regions are separated. You cannot bring in anything from one region into another.

+1. Getting 2 bil is nothing. I can sell some of my lion meat and get that fast.
Problems arise when you need a 100b+ costing item.
And those are the items that I need.

So grind, hunt, gather. Play the game, in other words.

Even 100b in today's economy is fine and takes maybe 2-3 weeks, it's when you start going over 4-500b that things get difficult, that takes a few months.
