wagon + horse gear effect

If I use pearl shop horse gear (+10% skill learn chance), is this effect applied when I use a wagon to level up my horses?

If the wagon costume says that, then yeah, it would be for all the horses hooked up to it.
I don't think horse costumes apply to horses when on wagons, though I might be wrong.
But wagon costumes would definitely apply.

I asked about the Pearl shop horse gear (equipped on the 4 horses that are attached to the wagon. I see many players who do that).

Sadly the wagon gear doesn't provide +10% skill learn chance. :(

If the effects of the horse costumes are not applied, then this +10% increase is lost. :(

My understanding of using wagons for horse training is that they're efficient if you only care about your own skill gains or using the horses for breeding (getting them to level 30).

But if it's a horse you plan to use, you're better off riding it alone :(

From my understanding and horse gear that affects the stas of the horse are not applied when the horse is attached to the wagon, so no individual horses speed, acceleration, turn or brake stats are applied, because the wagon equalises all those stats and the wagons stats take over for applied effects :)

when it comes to the horse skill increase chance i am going to be honest and just say i don't know as that is not a stat given or changed by wagons :)

It's interesting that many people needlessly use the horse gear then.
