Season for LOML lack of beginner black stone issue

Is it just me or is it harder to get beginner black stones to upgrade naru gear in Season LOML?

I recently finished a seasoned guardian class but started in Mountain of Winter, I completed with 3k+ beginner black stones left over and atleast 1k+ time filled (Time-filled remove due to graduation)

I am now starting a seasoned deadeye class in LOML and am level 50 already with 0 beginner black stones and barely have +15 Naru set. If I recall I only got maybe less than 1200 beginner blacks (1100 season pass, 100 from LOML questline)

I am not going to heat 3 black stone for 1 beginner black stone as that logic makes no sense to do.

If I had started in Mountain of Winter I would have roughly gotten over 9000+ if I did not upgrade.

The image below are completed season characters that started in Season Mountain of Winter. All there gears were PEN Naru > PEN Tuvala including all accessories.

Delete char make a new one in Velia start and get power leveled is what 99% of people do for seasonal.
They don't even "need" PL to 61, its usually 56 then you hit the dummies or til a guildy wants to gyfin/orcs :)

Have you checked if all your quests filters are activated? In LoML optional quests are not activated by default, meaning you cannot access to more Naru gear or Beginner Black Stones.
