Wrong Jetina Reform Stone :(

I decided to do the Jetina PEN quest for PEN gloves (I intend to replace my TET Blackstar gloves with caphra-enhanced PEN Bheg gloves.

I'd reformed the gloves to level 3 and was making the Level 4 reform stone. The GrumpyGreen website just says to use a T4 opal which I thought was a Brilliant Opal.

I didn't realize a T4 opal is a Moonlight Opal.

So I processed with heating:
- 40 Cocnentrated Blackstone Armor
- 100 Magicalk Shards
- 250 Memory Fragments
- 60 Concentrated Bheg Crystals
- the Brilliant Opal

And it gave me a Level 3 reform stone which I can't use because I already have level 3 gloves.

Is there a way to deconstruct the reform stone so I can get the materials back? It can't even be used for anything else because it was made with Bheg crystals.

p.s. The materials I lost from this are:
- 30 Concentrated Blacstone Armor
- 50 Magical shards
- 150 Memory Fragments
- 60 Concentrated Bheg Crystals

That does not help. I already have the wrong reform stone, and I didn't ask how to do it. I'm asking how to get the materials back.

EDIT: Okay I just got a magnifying glass and reread the the tiny letters several times and found where it said I can grind it. Thaks. I could not see that and would not have found it without being told it exists.

Hi, Dear CM Cadry. As always I am grateful both for your visit and your kindness.

It turns out that your dev team anticipated this issue and, as [sadly I can't read his name] said the dev team even wrote instructions into the reform stone.

The instructions were written in very, very (very) tiny text in the tool tip for the reform stone, so I did not see them even though I'd read the tool tip several times. In fact, I did open a ticket with your Support team but cancelled it after [sadly cannot see his name] told me where to look.

I eventually found, thanks to [cannot see his name], that your dev team gave an option to use Grinding on the reform stone to deconstruct it and return all the materials :)

Thanks, but I tried it a few years ago and found it makes things worse. I already have a looking through straw kind of effect (thanks to having lost most of my optic nerves plus other issues), and the windows magnifying tool makes that effect much worse. Also, the isue with tiny text in this case is in the BDO client itself for which the windows Magnifier would not help :)

I simply use a 55 inch moniitor and have as much GUI enlargement as BDO client allows while still fitting meus in the scren and then used a true magnifyying lense repeatedly until I found what I was told is there. I'd never have found it had I not been told to keep looking :)
