Noob question about battle arena gear for trial character.

Is the gear provided by the skill instructor good enough? I'm probably just bad but looks like I deal next to no damage and get killed in a few hits.

I assume, that every trial has the same qualitiy of gear, since everyone bought it there, aren't they?

I also tried to pvp and got slaugthered every time. But I must admit, that that was expected.

I think, you learn a class very much better, if you level it from the beginning. And if you want a challenge, play on the "elvion"-servers or what they're called. (the servers with that green point-star (big point with little star-"corners"? I don't know exactly, how to descripe this in english. In German I would say "ein großer Punkt mit kleinen Stern-Ecken, d. h. ein "Punkt-Stern" "

According to the description, the monster there are much stronger. Although I realy didn't feel much difference. But I must say, I used my wich with a good staff, which I got through my mage, which I played until level 50...
