chulong's gift - sailor

I have met the stated prerequisite and still cannot get the quest - Gift from the Shipyard Director Chulong in Moodle Village.

This quest can only be accepted and completed once per Family.
quest Acceptance Conditions
- Completed the quest ""Sailors in Taverns and Inns"" (This quest can be completed while proceeding with the questline in: Suggested - "[The Great Expedition] First Sailboat into Oquilla's Eye!")

Anyone have any tips for receiving this quest "Chulong's Gift"?

Make sure you have "all" quests showing when you hit "O", there are icons at bottom of the screen, make sure they are all turned on. Make sure you have completed the [The Great Expedition] questline.

Hi, have you found any solution? Already did the prereq of the quest as well, still no quest from chulong. Also tried using the search but did not find any. (Set the quest in O in "All" as well as made sure that i spelled "Chulong" properly in quest search as it is key sensitive)

yes, I did write a ticket and the response was that I had already completed the quest, Though it totally slipped my memory. Still limited to 9 sailors but cannot hire anymore. Hope you find a solution

It seems that it only applies for those who just did the quest recently after the update. But for those who did it before LOML will receive it from different quest. My friend just did the quest and get a total of 9 sailors as well, same as mine even though I didn't get Chulong's Gift as I did the quest before the update.
