hardcore / hard server

There's any "hard" server where it's harder to fight monsters - where we are more punished for it? smh like ruthless in path of exile? or smh? to get more hardcore - better experience?

Elvia servers or go to high end, end game grind zones.
to enter Elvia servers click the Elvia button in the Top right of the screen :)

but it's some sort of high-lvl zones right? and i mean - a server from begining. Smh like seasonal server - but harder not easier. From begining.
