Fix the gear requierments for C8/9/10

Sheet AP is a useless stat. It has been a useless stats for the better part of 3 years. I'm literally capping DSR with my gear, I'm 774 GS and I CAN NOT QUE C9 and C10 Sangoon with my Blackstar subweapon on, forcing me to equip Nouver, because the spageth coders of PA decided to tie it to the most useless stat in the game. FIX IT!

It's not a P2W descision. It's incopetence! Every single PvE zone in the game is tied to total AP, not sheet AP. PA doesn't have a QA team to tell them that having sheet AP requierment is idiotic, even for them.
