Royal Workshop task has failed?

i am getting spammed constantly with this notification, but all my royal workshops are doing there tasks and half way through them, none have finished a task since befor or after the notification started,
i have logged out logged back in scanned files and still getting spammed with this notification, despite all my workshops being halfway through there respective tasks :(

never seen this before any 1 any ideas?

okay saw an in game notification saying they know there is an issue and investigating it :)
