The DLC's that are sold are not really DLC's but rather items that can be used in-game.
Even when PA (Pearl Abyss) does expansion updates, you still get it all.
You just need time.
Nothing else to buy. -- I got the Steam version for free years ago the first day it was available here. I have two other P.C main accounts outside from Steam I've been playing for ten years plus.
They keep throwing out those packages like it's a big deal. Ignore them. You now get 15 free SUB days to full access ( use to be 30 Days). After the fifteen days your account defaults to a regular free account, where you will have less inventory spaces, weight, etc. But it's not a hard hit.
The biggest issue with Black Desert today is that it seems to be losing momentum. I worry that online players might drift away as the developers focus more on milking the game rather than completing the world of Black Desert to its full potential.
