Option 1: breed yourself
1st thing you need is a male horse to breed the female too, select the male horse at the stable keeper and click "register for breeding" click the "show only me" box and click accept
once done open the breeding market click to my registrations/my horses, i forget which and out at sea so cant check lol click the start breeding button and select the female you want to breed :)
Option 2: using breeding market
open the breeding market and look through the available males for breeding and request breeding in same manner as above :)
Note breeding at higher levels of horses will yield higher tier horses more often :)
only males can be registered for breeding on the breeding market,
males can be bred twice, females just once :)
with your own male horses always remember to click the show only me option when registering them :)
still not seeing breeding option on female.
bug?
go to a stable keeper, open the stable and at the bottom of the screen click "breeding market"
when you register a male it goes in there and you have to select breeding through the breeding market :)
