Whats that big unknown island north from Valencia?

there's no node or town information on that big island..im just curious because theres no info on the wiki, only the image. From what i see is only a desert

There is nothing there. Probably there left for future expansion. There is still a lot of area left on the map that needs to be developed. There might be some lore or reference, but that would to not spam R and read stuff.
