If that's the one you mention then yes it has been fixed. However if you dont' have enough VRAM or RAM you might get some popin issues even now
Maybe, did you get a newer computer? Nothing gonna change greatly if you still refusing to upgrade your 1080 or w/e ur using.
The game still gets popin regardless of the computer you use while riding the dream horses at full speed. Technology hasn't made it yet to where its flawless, especially on lower end pcs that need a retirement home.
Most open world games have some pop in if you look close enough, it's just BDO allows the players to move so quickly it becomes very obvious if your riding a very fast horse.
The only time its really bothered me gameplay wise was during node wars. It creates a fog of war type effect like an RTS game would have with the low draw distance for players, which doesn't really feel right in a game as hyperactive and open as BDO, but that isn't something i think they could ever fix either.
Unreal 5's auto LOD system looks really promising, don't think there are any huge multiplayer pvp games yet though that will really put it to the test.
