How to make the mask cover my face?

I bought a mask, I can make it cover my face,in store.

But after the purchase, it displayed. But it didn't cover my face, it's on the upside of my face.
How does this work? Which key can I press to make it cover my face?

with my kuno, she only wear her mask when she is in fighting mode, but in civilian mode she remove her mask

When you press I, there's the option at the bottom of your gear. One of them is called "Visor setting" Click that. It'll show the mask/helmet visual even when out of combat.

By each piece of gear that you have equipped there is a small "eye" icon that you can turn on or off. Also at the bottom of your Equipment menu that shows all the gear you have equipped there are some icons on the bottom that you can turn on or off. On visor setting it's a choice of whether you want it to be seen in only combat or non-combat.
