Apocalytpic Prophecy missing

I have a level 62 character and way over 200 hours of family playtime and I have completed every main quest line up to and including o'dyllita. But I cannot get the J's Hammer

When I look in the the quest screen under the Main tab, with all quests enabled and completed quests shown, there is no quest in there called Apocalyptic Prophecy. I spent 40 minutes opening and reading every quest listed in there, even the ones that arent prefixed with Mediah.

Where or how do you get access to this quest? I am assuming my account has bugged out because I completed all the main quests years ago, long before they redid the questlines and added the crossroads and multiple starts.

That is part of the Mediah quest line.
When you hit O on your keyboard, at the bottom is an icon that is 5 squares.
The squares look like the number 5 layout on a dice.
Make sure it is highlighted, so all quests will be shown.

The Mediah quest line has different parts to it.
Apocalyptic Prophecy quest is the last quest in the 3rd section of the Mediah quest line.

[2] Rebuilding the Merchant Guild
Reliving the Darkness (This one is not marked as #3, but it is the third part of the Mediah quest line).

In "Reliving the Darkness" the last quest is Apocalyptic Prophecy.
