Weekly Sea Monster Hunts (Nineshark, Black Rust, Candidum)

I noticed today that all three of the weekly quests, that normally require three of each type, only required one of each type.
I wasn't really paying attention until it was over, so I can't check now, but have these quests changed, or was it just a glitch?

Yes, this is intended:

The weekly quests that allow you to obtain Crow Coins or ship equipment enhancement materials have had their objectives reduced.
