Quest is super easy, sadly its take 3 weeks to complete do the weekly limit. Just but you one of you charaters next to the quest npc.

you can go by boat
if you have 1000 loyalty you dont know what to do with you can buy the epheria cog
but you need to dodge the sea monsters when cross the big margoria sea or they will destroy the boat in a couple of hits
there is also a ferry from Lema island
