If you want bigger missions, just keep recruiting seasonal / newbies, they'll constantly join and quit the game.. but your guild size will still "grow" from small/medium/large increasing your weekly silver your guild gets.
The only thing GM's need to worry about is mainly having 10 "active" non-sprouts online when you plan for "payouts" = can't be more than 70% of your guild silver.
Also, guild missions give both the guild and the player silver, so if a reward says 50mil or whatever, the guild gets 50m. 10 missions a day, for a week + weekly guild size silver.
Then the rest is popping drop rate buff, gathering or whatever, or doing the certain missions for the guild boat.
