What's that about new way to enhance to PEN?

"This untradable TET (IV) Boss Gear has a new way to enhance it to PEN (V) with some steady efforts. Existing Adventurers who want to try to enhance a piece of Boss Gear to PEN (V) can exchange a tradable TET (IV) Boss Gear for an untradable TET (IV) Boss Gear once per Family."

Since there is a Cm in this discussion i'll add something to that..
Will it be possible to make deadgod eq out of the pen item then?
And biggest question will a deadgod helmet (when released)
will be a more useful gear piece than heve or grunil for evasion classes.. (as it should be)
Thats kinda what i need to know to decide what to take since its either the helmet (for dg) or my offhand.. :D

I think Fallen God is confirmed in patch notes.
