treant's tear disapearing

about roughly 30+ minutes before the current maintenance is supposed to happen (2:00 am pst), my gf had her treant's tear disappear.

it can not be found with find item the only info to describe what happened prior is :

"residence in calph, tried to move 0 durability treant stone from equipped to inventory to charge it and then it was gone"

It was probably put into the mount inventory by mistake. It happens when you open the inventory next to a mount, it also opens the mount's inventory and when clicking an item it goes there.

If this is not the case and your friend still cannot find the item, then she will need to send a ticket so we can check what happened: https://support.pearlabyss.com/Support/Start/Index/PC

thank you for the suggestion unfortunately it was not moved there and something else weird happened with another alch stone , we will go through the support to figure this out.

side note, it's good to see a dev team have someone willing to keep an eye out on one of the game forums to give responses. keep up the good work.

just to add to this post. figured it out without needing to make a support ticket but it appears to be some weird bug.

notes on what happened: shai, residence in calph, tried to move 0 durability treant stone from equiped to inventory to charge it and then it was gone.

i unequip the thing i had in its place
and i equip stellas
both those gone now,


the treant tear could be seen in the inventory of the shai when viewing from another character but it did not show up in find my item(also when viewing the inventory while using the shai, it did not appear at all in the inventory screen). upon retrieving the treant tear with a maid to the different character it showed up on find my item, it was then able to be transferred to the shai.

first thing checked before doing described above, inventory was not full, i thought this could be something easily overlooked but it was not the case. the treant tear was invisible and did not appear on find my item till another character was used to look at the shai's inventory to move it with a maid.
