Strength training with trade pack

Trying to figure out how or where do I get a trading pack. Or is there other ways

Every town has trader. Go to the search menu and click the trade icon and you can auto path to the nearest one. Buy one of their trade goods and you are all set.

How do you buy items from them. Everytime I try it only has a tab for sell no buy

Since the changes to the trade system sometime ago not all traders sell items anymore, go to the traders in the major towns (velia,calpheon,heidel those type towns) and those ones will sell you trade :)

Trading was recently reworked, and is about to be reworked again, so the information I'm about to give you will be irrelevant again probably soon.

Currently you can get a trade pack in the Western Guard Camp near the ancient stone chamber, and you can turn it in at Heidel. Or you can get a trade pack at Alejandro Farm and turn it in at Velia.

TLDR Version: You can only buy trade items currently at "Outpost" cities, and turn them in at "Main" cities, but not a main city from the same region it came from. IE: Alejandro Farms is a Serendia city, so cannot be turned in at Heidel, which is the Serendia capitol. So you would have to take it to Calpheon, Velia, or Altinova for example.
