you'll get pvped over level 50 (which everyone will want to do in BDO) on normal servers.
this post is misleading. There is indeed player killing still viable option. Its just not sweaty troll tier anymore.
Not sure what you're talking about.
OP meant to say that you can't flag on season servers. Hence no "forced pvp".
now if you pk all the characters in your account turn red
so it is less pvp now
For the most part, you're right. But there will still be players flagging, so, I would advise against creating illusions such as yours, which is, that no one pvps in open world anymore. That's simply not the case.
As I said, that's clearly not the case. A rarer occurrence, perhaps, but a thing, all the same.
OP's post only applies to the season servers, hence the point of the post.
Also remember that you can only have 1 season character at a time.
I guess if your goal is solely to have one character kill Nagas forever and then do nothing with the Silver since there's no gear progression, it's a dream come true.
Until your character gets automatically graduated. You know that can happen, right?
Lifeskilling can be done on normal characters at 49 with no pvp. You can continue to gear past the season limits by simply saving up silver in buckets. Automatic character graduation only happens if you don't play the game for literal months at a time (as in, 60+ days in a row of never logging in once). You can always grind in the marni realm on normal servers as well, since it's now up for 12 out of the 24 hours in a day, so unless you're planning on a morning until night grind it's always available.
No, a season character cannot gear past the hardcoded Tuvala limit.
Unless you're suggesting that they buy gear for a separate, non-seasonal character. But considering that the thread is all for playing permanently on season servers and avoiding regular servers, they wouldn't have a character like that.
Congratulations, it seems that you understand there are all sorts of issues and limitations in trying to play exclusively on a season server, and that the game is designed for you to integrate into normal servers at some point.
Steel and Lucky life skill equipment (life skill tools) can be used.
Also, Silver Embroidered outfits can be used.
The Silver Embroidered outfits actually help to level the life skill faster than Loggia, Geranoa, or Manos.
Uhh, no? Their post is about avoiding pvp, which is done by being on season servers. You can lifeskill pvp free on normal servers. You will need a secondary set from grinding for lifeskilling, and lifeskilling on your main is stupid, especially considering you'll be getting family-wide lifeskill sync sometime this year. EVEN IF you had to use normal servers you can 100% avoid pvp by grinding during marni realm hours, which is entire reason this post was made (Avoiding pvp). What exactly is your point again...? The season servers are a great place to get your first set of armor, but pvp can be avoided anytime, anywhere by either being below 49 or being in marni. Even if we want to base this on the argument that season servers are permanent and you never have to swap, it's true. You can hit 700 gearscore in a very reasonable time with the grindspots available on season servers. You won't be able to outperform most of the seasonal grindspots with 'regular' gear until around 680-690, and by that point you most likely don't care about gear anymore unless you pvp. The point I am making is that even if you have to buy the gear on a normal server, you can still farm it entirely on the season servers as all the spots you'll be using to farm are available on season.
