Which Imperial Fishing NPC buys Swiri?
As per title. This is the fish: https://bdocodex.com/us/item/8237/

I can't seem to find any Imperial Fishing NPC that buys this fish. :catgirl_quest:

What usually happens with Imperial Fishing is many other players beat you to the Imperial Fishing NPC's and sell their fish to them before you do.
The Imperial Fishing NPC's only buy a certain amount of each type of blue or yellow fish for each time period before that time period resets.

I know it is a long ways away from where you probably got your Swiri, but have you tried the Imperial Fishing NPC "Dius" in Epheria?
He is usually only sold to by players that travel from a different city area to him.

I've tried to sell it to him but unsuccessful either. When I talk to Imperial Fishing NPC, there will be a list of fishes and number remaining by the left. Swiri is not listed there, seems like the NPCs are not buying all blue and yellow fish, there may be a few exceptions. Couldn't find more about this in Google, weird.

Yeah, most likely there are fish exceptions.
I know the Imperial Fish NPC's never buy the orange fish from me, so I'm sure there are yellows they don't buy either.
At least you can still sell them to a regular Trade Manager or Dry them and sell them on the Central Market.
But, Drying can only be done in the daylight sunny days with no rain, fog, or too much overcast.
