Is it really worth to buy pearls ?

I started this game couple days ago I really like it and I saw that you can buy a lot of goodies in shop with pearls so I thought is it worth spending money on
it or there’s an other way to get it

Some players(whales) will buy things in the Pearl Shop and then sell them on the Central Market to get in game silver. Pearl outfits are given out occasionally for log or event rewards. Some items are exclusive to the pearls shop and have to be bought with real money.

There is almost always a waiting list for Pearl Shop items in the Central Market. You can check on Garmoth.com. You need to set up account however to see the Pearl Items although most of the rest of tools are accessible without logging in. One of several essential websites for most BDO enjoyers.

You're too new to understand what to spend money on yet, just take your time or get a sexy outfit for your korean waifu lol.

But if you want this to be your main MAIN game for like the next year, I would say don't spend on "character" specific stuff like weight since you might end up rerolling.

Pets and maids you can't go wrong with, but people forget afk activities are great when you're suffering from burnout but want to come back a week later with some silver lying around.

Alot of the top 10% of players are always afk processing, cooking, have capped out lodging and great worker nodes set up, then they bulk sell every month or so with loyalty value pack lol

Only real thing that i would recommend new people to buy, if you are really going to stick with a game is tent, weight and maids

I like the suggestions above. I'd just like to add that most items in the F3 pearl shop are expensive at full price, and coupons and sales on things you might want are rare. However, a few times a year they sell pearls at half price (1+1 boxes). I usually buy pearls at that time even if there isn't anything I want at the moment so that if a sale on something I do want pops up then I'll have the pearls ready and purchased at half price.

In other words, I buy the pearls when they're cheap. But I hold onto them until I see something I really want for the right price.

One of my favorite quality of life purchases is the Celestial Horn. But if you bought that at full price it would be more than $20. However, if you bought the pearls at half price and then wait for a 40% or 50% sale on the horn you get it for way cheaper.

if you want this game to begin to consume your wallet and you have no issue and you think they deserve it then go for it. The main issue is once people begin to spend they'll more than likely continue to spend in the future, so just ask yourself if the game is giving you quality entertainment and if spending money will increase the quality and longevity of your entertainment. If so then i see no issue.

oh and if i remember correctly all the store bought items are sold on the auction house for a pretty penny of in-game currency and they go quick, so pre-order the item you want asap and hope that someone will add it to auction and you win

id rather have a monthly fee to play something then have currency bloat designed to make you buy inv space.

I'm sure you already swiped like 2 minutes after posting this but in my opinion no point in buying anything unless its on extreme sale. You quite literally don't NEED anything from the pearl shop. You could get by with spending your loyalties wisely and be fine. I got what must have been 20 free outfits from PA during the last "real" season (before evergreen) and boy I tell you I still have about 15b just sitting around in my bank. I don't even have a tent. tet blackstar etc just no need for all that unless you're REALLY into the game and want to save 10 minutes by having a tent or whatever.

Now if you LIKE the outfit or whatever, idk buy it or dont im not your dad.

Play atleast a month before even considering buying pearls.
If you insissting on buying pearls then buy so you can afoard a outfit that reflect your gameplay.

Depends on what you wanna buy. I personally don't care much about cosmetics. However, the weight capacity I added to my main, the cooking clothes that lower cooking time and the tent have been very useful.

You just have to decide what is important to you and decide whether to go for it or not.. Nothing you buy with pearls is required, but many of the things can buy make playing and doing certain things in the game more convenient.
