Do other people see the underwear I wear in town?
I want to know if it's still not possible for others to see underwear of other players.

The clue is in the name Underwear . Just gives your char a buff . can see stockings and garters .

It's a bit complicated, it's yes & no. Only the surrounding can see it in range when you click on the underwear. If someone come from out of range after you click on the underwear icon, they won't see your underwear, until you redo it again, as long as they're within a specific range while you click it.
