Stuck - Aspiring Child Singer

Hello. In Calpheon there's an NPC called "Aspiring Child SInger" near the stairs to the docks, and she has a quest called: "[Crossroads] You Can Do it!"

The description says:
- Encourage the child (I successfully did this)
- Perform with a Shai intrument next to the child

So I got my Shai and used an instrument with every song I could think of, attack songs, heal songs, even the menu I found where you click a button and play a non-BDO song (such as Moonlight Sonata or the like).

But nothing registers as playing with a Shai next to the child. I stand on the child, next to the child, all around the child, and BDO just does not recognize I' playing a Shai Instrument next to the child.

I searched the internet and YouTube for more than half an hour and could not find any link explaining what exactly one must do for the game to recognize the condition is met.

Does anyone know?

You need to purchase an instrument from <Wandering Musician> Artina, search for a song or make one that's 4s by searching "music" in the search bar of the menu when you press Esc and if it doesn't work with normal ones then it needs a Marni instrument
