60-61 VIA combat about an hr or less dependent on buffs and being at the right location, for season gear the right location is protties cave :)
61-61 VIA quest possible but will take you over 4000 quests to level to 62 so not a viable option, the amount of exp gained for quests drops to practically nothing when you hit lvl 61 and above
61-62 Via combat 3-4 hrs with season gear again at protties cave and dependent on buffs and grind speed
you could try at lvl 61 to see if you can find a party to carry you at higher exp areas, that are beyond the season's tuvala gear capabilities :)
thanks ill check that guide out! but I guess i worded my question weird lol. I meant from level 1 - 60 or 62
you can hit lvl 60 from lvl 0 in about 4-6 hrs if you grind it with combat exp buffs and don't quest it :)
If you follow the Evildousharm no grind quest guides (he starts at 0 and goes to 61 over a series of guides) you are going to be looking around 12-18 hrs dependent on travel speed and how well you know your way around the map :)
if you lvl via the main story quest lines it's going to take multiple days, some story lines take 8+hrs to complete so is the slowest way to lvl up :)
thanks for all the advice and help :) Im level 18 now and have been enjoying the main quest line as a newbie, but ill try to get in the guide a bit more to speed things up. The games UI and popups are a bit annoying but I finally got the UI adjusted to a way that it works better for me haha
overall the combat system and level of detail in the games world is actually really enjoyable
Grind the right spots :) 3yrs 7000+hrs for me on steam :)
Start your toon in ancient stone chamber location, grind tree spirits near spawn site until lvl 12, go to steel imps until low lvl20's, move to Biraghi den until lvl 35ish then go to old dandelion until lvl 48-50, move to lake kai until lvl 52-53, then move to either bashims or desert nagas until 57 then go to protties and stay there till 61 or at 59 go to mirumok and stay there till 61 :)
You can also quest to 61 extremely quickly using quests if you follow the evildousharm guides but grinding is always fastest :)
my shortest lvl 0-60 times have been during combat exp events like the one that is on now :)
If you get drawn into quests times will take longer (some are worth doing I.E mob kill at grind zones you are going to for a small xp top up but they are not needed), at lvl 57 when you can use marni stones make good use of them :) when grinding for xp its just kill as fast as you can just hit large mobs and move on don't worry about stragglers :)
I'm able to get my Seasonal Character....
01) To level 61. (Using the 600% combatXP scrolls)
02) PEN all of their Tuvala Gear including Accessories. (This will be your biggest time consumer).
03) Complete the Season Pass
....in 16 to 20 hours.
Seasonal Servers allow an accelerated questing system if you choose to go that route, so their is no need to run all over the map to complete the Ancient Stone Chamber main story line quests.
All you need to do is grind to get your levels.
EDIT: Your current level 58 character. If they at least have TRI or better Armors, Weapons, and Accessories, using 600% combatXP scrolls, you can grind Polly's and in approximately 4 to 5 hours, maybe a bit more, you'll hit level 61.
In doing that you'll also gain a boat load of skill points.
if you have around 100 AP or more on a level 58 character
go to desert naga
use as many exp buffs you have/know about and you will be level 60 in no time
(less than one hour if you use alot of buffs)
if you do not like getting lost in the desert
go to
Bashims
exp is not as good
but
money is better and you do not have to worry about desert debuffs/getting lost in the desert
(polly forest is not very good for combat exp unless you use the marni stones)
you don't even need to leave desert nagas till 61. As soon as I finish my succession/awakening questline I hightail it to desert nagas. 56-61 takes like a couple of hours with XP buffs at nagas, assuming it isn't so over run that you can't get a decent rotation.
Yeah you can stay at nagas till 61 but on season it tends to be hotly contested due to lack of season servers :)
I personally get annoyed with my grind rotations getting interrupted when fast levelling as many players don't want to just party and make the grind quicker for themselves as well as the player who's grind rotation they are messing up lol
Although BDO is classed as an mmo majority of players just want to play solo and bdo is very much catered that way lol :)
the best way to level very fast is find a party, I was already lvl61 with this seasons toon when my wife started her's so I partied with her took her high exp zone she stayed behind me at a safe distance and went from start lvl to 58 in a little over an hr :) (at which point i peeled off and left her to her own devices lol)
only problem with doing it that way is the party can't get any loot drops until all members are within 10 levels of each other :)
