Yes. And that's one of the reasons why farming is dead.
Other:
- farming produces too few products from one seedling
- plants grow too slowly
- all plants should occupy only one slot, including magic ones
- fruits should be guaranteed loot with each harvest, and their amount should increase with our farming level
- price of fences is too high, 10 CP is absurd, one fence (10 slots) should cost 1 CP, better yet, there should be one 10 CP fence with 100 slots.

do you even think about what would happen if they did any of these things V ?

you would not be able to make any profit selling the harvested items
at all
mysterious seeds would be meaningless (this is the main way to get fruit atm)

and the food/potions you make from the things you grow would suffer the same fate

there would be no money at all in farming and it would die

and since the trade rework alot of nodes have become worthless to hold on to
so you probably should start removing alot of CP you have vasted all over serendia/calpheon/ASO
so a fence costing 10cp and you get 2 for free now so you only need 80cp for all 10 10 fences

tl;dr
everyone would start doing farming and the market would flood over with every item you can farm...crashing everything into the ground

Harvesting fruit from the farm never made sense, much less after the gathering buff and picking fruit from herbs.
Cooking gives you bonuses quests to get a lot of green class mats (garlic, onion, milk, etc.) so there is no point in farming that either.
"Only" 80 CP. Good joke. 80 CP gives you plenty of CP to create even the worst routes to nodes and be self-sufficient (you don't need to buy anything from other players if anyone is willing to sell at all).
Market in this game does not exist anyway, there are millions of something and nobody wants it, or something is missing and nobody wants to sell it.
Anyway, buying does not make sense if the price of the mats exceeds the price of the resulting product, and an additional 35% tax completely kills any trade reducing profit to zero.

Amen to this.
I really wish PA would get an individual or individuals that have degrees in Business and Procurement to go through and revamp the whole buy sell process in BDO. 😊

The way the Central Market is now, one makes more silver from doenjang, than a meal like Samgyeopsal made with it. Which does not make any sense at all.

One example out of a plethora of cases.
Why does flour make more silver than dough?
Flour = 1 process and you have flour.
Dough = 1 flour + 1 mineral water (The process to make the flour and the process to make the dough).

Yet, the median of wheat flour on the NA Central Market is $2,520
The median of wheat dough on the NA Central Market is $1,980

I don't know about anyone else, but every time I've gone to the market, in real life, pre-made dough always cost more than the flour to make it.

Again, only one example out of a plethora of cases.
