Can you sell trash loot at the tent/camp site's shop?

No, but you can keep stacking it...when you go to stack more of the same loot, you have to take it back out and into your inventory so it makes the larger stack there...then drop the new stack back into the tent. That is until you reach the tent capacity!
Do that same trick with your horse, and the little horsey can hold A LOT of loot!

The pay to win part of this game is to buy Storage Maids and send the trash every time they come up. Otherwise you have to stack on a horse.

It makes absolutely no sense as to why you can't sell from it. So dumb. Just like the repair tool for you cooking utensils you have to give up a working one to trade for a one time use repair tool. YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST REPLACE IT!

well, i suppose that means the anvil and the villa buffs would be the main appeal?

currently i only grind for an hour at a time and i haven't broken any gear before that hour is up. i'm sure that may change at higher end spots.

at any rate, the camp site is something i've been considering, appreciate the info!

With the "fast travel" with the Magnus, the p2w tent is more optional than ever. I have around a few thousand hours in the game and still have not had the urge to get it.

As far as getting rid of loot, horse is all you should need. Maids definitely help, but I can usually place my horse in a safe location and then use a map to teleport back to town.

The camp is 100% necessary when you are hunting. I have never had to use it grinding. Unless you can sit and grind for like 4 or 5 hours at a time it has no use, especially since you can't sell trash items from it.

Hunting though you for sure have to have it. There's no point in hunting without it because your musket breaks in like 7-10mins.

or do as i do and just have 10 +10 artisan matchlocks (not hard to get or make) and just swap it when one breaks, I have 635 energy and it's nearly gone by the time they are all broken :)
I just hunt until all 10 break and that's my hunting done for a few days at least before I feel like hunting again lol

I honestly don't know how you're going through that much energy hunting in one sitting. Even at lower hunting levels I can hunt for two hours with 157 energy and still not be out. I quit hunting just because I'm tired of clicking. I would also repair my musket way more than 10 times within a couple of hours. Math ain't adding up for me how you're going through 635 energy and only having to use ten muskets.

Tents great. 50% drop rate for 50mil, 600k 10 monster damage buff and if you have villa you can villa buff.
Repairing randomly because you forgot to repair is a good one too.

Tent and Fairy is a big convenience!

50% drop rate is very misleading. Does not apply to trash loot which is a major portion of a lot of grind spots. It's additive and not multiplicative, so the bonus only applies to the base chance which makes the actual bonus much smaller than you would think.

I believe it is lost when you hit the loot cap. I think that the only bonuses that are immune to the cap are the Arsha guild control bonuses.

It's beneficial on high end rare drops. It's probably marginal on mid tier and high agris efficiency areas. Net negative silver in some areas.

I can add to what Fredericks of Cursewood has written.
Speaking of Pity Pieces only.
Using the number two 100% loot scroll setting, I have added the tent buff on a few occasions to improve my pity piece drop.
It did not improve anything.
I got the same amount of pity pieces as I would have using the loot scroll alone.
I did this several times and noticed no difference.
After that, I never use my tent buff for better drop rates.
That buff is a waste of silver.
I do use my tent for other things, just not the drop rate buff.

When you finally get into the 278 AP / 362 DP bracket I'm in, 50 mil silver can be made in a grinding snap and is nothing but pocket change. LOL
