what is this beep sound i keep hearing in game... this is the only game it does.
just running around pressing wasd it happens, sometimes I will be luring, pressing 400 keys killing mobs and it doesn't happen

Unless you want to keep them on, try lowering or turning off your Ambient Sounds, and see if that cancels the beeping for you.

Are you using Discord? it could be notifications from that.

I know you've mentioned pressing 400 keys killing mobs, but I've heard of others saying it happens to them when their skill has regenerated after using it.

This ^^^ when you are burning skills grinding they have cool down times if you try to use a skill whilst it's on cool down you will get a sound to tell you it's on cool down :)
you also get a beep well more a "ting" when you use certain special skills that do big damage (black spirit ones usually)

I read about this when I was looking for a fix.
Problem is it also happens when I am in the city turning in quests.

At this point I have muted the game in-game and still happens.
I will now try to mute the game via windows options and see what happens

In any case, it does sound like an issue with a 3rd party software.
You might try looking at the non-standard software's you have installed.
Shut them off or disable them one at a time until you nail down the culprit.

Good catch :) yes in the video it does sound similar to the sticky keys sound, turning off sticky keys is def something you should do for playing an mmo :)
Other thing that causes that kind of beep shown in the video, is when button mashing on lower quality or cheaper keyboards that have key zoning issues, meaning if you press too many keys in 1 zone of the KB at 1 time, the KB don't know what signal to send so you get a "dunk" type sound instead of an actual key press :)

I have sticky key off as I do play other games that I use it on.

As I mentioned before it doesn't happen just in combat, I can be pressing T just once to auto path or speaking to a NPC and it will trigger the "beep beep". Even alt tabbing back into the game has triggered it.

Far as pressing too many keys at the same time, I do play M+ in WoW, lots of keys being pressed together at the same time, no issue there.
