Seasonal Character
I'm trying to make a season character but when I select the "create character" option I'm not given a choice to make it seasonal. If I continue the normal creation process it tells me I can't enter season servers with normal characters.

what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on?

Make sure you have selected a season server at the server selection screen before trying to make the character :)
when you select the empty character slot you should get the option, if you don't get the option look in the bottom right of the creation options and change the option there from normal to season :)
If you already are doing that, have you all ready had a season toon and graduated it?
if that's the case then you will not be able to create another one :)
