2nd Season character

So i found out that there is a system in which you can basically create a 2nd season character to boost another character up a bit.. im not sure yet how exactly it works BUT:

Im playing a awakening Lahn and i repeatedly saw succession berserkers speeding through all the Centaurs at the centaur herd spot way faster than i ever could with seemingly less effort, so i thought about rerolling another S tier farmer for my first char which is easier to play

But my initial plan was to make a Lifeskilling Shai my 2nd character.

So my question is.. is it even worth to put the 2nd season character priviliges on a shai i only plan to lifeskill on? or does the normal progression not really matter on a character like that and i can easily create that one on the normal servers?
Also is there stuff i NEED to quest again on a exclusive lifeskilling char?


PS: also seeing woosas and maegus with their seemingly endless big aoes makes me feel like a peasant often, lol

I know for sure we could make a 2nd character in a season when Woosa / Maegu came out, but iirc we can only create one season char per season now.
It may be best to check the official website because i may be wrong.

I think there was something mentioned if you finish your season fully you could transfer to normal and appoint second season character but only with season server buffs. No season tree rewards etc

yep, but thats why im asking.. is it even worth to do this for a shai which i will exclusively lifeskill on?
or should i create the shai on the normal servers and create a berserker as my 2nd season char?

do zerk on season, you don't get much help with lifeskills from doing seasonal stuff, it's really just for speedrunning your way to boss gear. make a trial character first though, zerker was my first pick when i started bdo but he has very weird combat that makes me hate playing him

Currently, there are 25 days left of the Season.
You can use Fughar’s Timepiece to bring in a second seasonal character.
If you do, make absolutely sure you finished the Season Pass first.
Do not bring in the second character before finishing that Season Pass.
It will be easier for your 2nd character if you do.

Since PA has changed all of the life skill tool usage on the seasonal servers, it makes playing a life skill character less efficient. More road blocks are in the way now for life skill characters on seasonal servers.

As for a Shai, even though it is a life skill character, she makes a very, very good grinder too.
But, here is the kicker, just like all other classes, you need to really understand her combat.
She feels slower, because she cannot run with her weapon out.
You'll need to get your hand dexterity to get the feel for her movement using skills 'Hop' Shift+W then 'Swing Swing' press LMB, so it looks like this.

I play my Shai exclusively as a life skill character, but there are times, even in life skilling, where you'll need to grind. 😊

A thing of note about the Shai's Artina Sol.
It cannot be bought on the Central Market.
You will have to make it PEN yourself through RNG.
It took me a little over a real life year before I finally PEN'd mine for my Shai.
