Most people buy Red Nose to save money for Fallen God (needs pen caphras level 10)
Your best "gear gains" is usually;
1. boss weapon tet to pen, then caphras 3 for "2 ap"
2. boss armor tet to pen, then caphras to level 4.
Accessories are pretty much given to you now, so do seasonals for them. Each season you'll get a pen capotioa = tet accessory usually valuing 5-8bil
Free pen armor from doing 1 magnus
Also doing Jetina quests will get you stuff you need for tet->pen reforms
Lastly - Do your journals. Permanent account wide ap/dp.
Naru Gear is starter gear that can only be enhanced with Beginner Black Stones.
You can only get Beginner Black Stones, by following the Main Quest Lines.
Don't bother upgrading Naru Accessories.
If you are playing on a Seasonal Server with a Seasonal Character then you'll want to enhance the Naru Gear to PEN ASAP, so you can trade it for Tuvala Gear and then upgrade the Tuvala Gear to PEN ASAP.
If you are not playing a Seasonal Character you can get the Naru Gear to PEN ASAP and you can switch it out for Narchillan Gear
NOTE: Narchillan Gear can only be done once per family name.

Narchillan Gear is good, but Boss Gear is better.
However, Narchillan allows a simple easy step to move up to better gear, so as to grind in slightly higher tier areas.
@Nhika
You beat me to the post. 😊
Your Black Spirit should have a few recommended quests to unlock some books, you get the Caphras Journal through the main quest, and Pavino Greko sells some.
Then it's just a matter of opening a book and working through the requirements.
As a new/returning player play on season. Season will explain via quests what's good and how to obtain it. You even get a good starter gear set on season via progression that you can trade in for boss gear later down the line on an NPC, once you graduate from the season server.
