What can i use weeds for?

I know that weeds could be used as an alternative for some recipes, but i do not know which ones i can.

Actually, weeds are the primary, at least in most Alchemy made items.
Sometimes you can use Wild Grass instead of Weeds.
If I can use Wild Grass instead I do, because it is cheaper on the Central Market and usually more readily available.

use it for alchemy as a sub for wild grass, its predictable that most people will troll an answer in response to this question obviously

You can dry them and make haystacks to start dairy farming. Mainly for milk, but also meat and hides too.
