BUG: Imperial crafting delivery does not complete
In a quest, selling fried fish cooking box to imperial crafting delivery gives message "purchase or sale complete" but items haven't traded and no money transferred and quest does not progress.

So the message is wrong in this case: it did not complete.

EDIT:
Anyway, trading worked successfully at another location.

Again, not the point.

First delivery to certain NPC, message is wrong, spot the place where NOT should be in the message?

And even considering what you have written, none of those restrictions were effective at the delivery.

Ah, ok, missed that part.. Sorry about that, that explains it.

So it is just the message that has a (small) bug there.
