I have alot of alts, most of them around lvl 30-40, but still, should i sell bow after getting awakening weapon to boost it? (TRI Liverto longbow)
Since you're pretty new to BDO (seeing as this your first awakened character) I'd recommend buying a TRI Liverto main hand and a TRI green Awakened to get you properly set up for doing western Mediah content. This shouldn't cost you more than ~300 mill silver, which you should own if you have been questing and/or doing life skills throughout your journey to level 56.
Once you get a few more levels and have built up some cash reserves you should invest in a TRI sub-weapom and start adding TRI armor pieces. Accesories should come from drops in the form of Asula's pieces (random drops from Mediah mobs). Buy Ultimate reform stones and upgrade all your TRI gear to Ultimate TRI for added AP/DP. With the investment of about 800m into TRI gear you should be able to hit around 180/260 AP/DP, which is more than enough to breeze through the most popular spots for sub-60 grinding and questing.
Good luck!
About the weapons, I already have DUO liverto and +8 dandelion, so should I upgrade dandelion or buy better offhand?
A Dandelion weapon is going to take a lot of resources to upgrade successfully (failed upgrade attempts will damage your weapon's max durability and the process of repairing it is VERY expensive), so it's not a great choice for a player that's just starting out on their BDO career. If I were you, I'd put the Dande in storage for now and buy a green TRI sub + ultimate weapon reform stone. That will cost you around 100m and will give you an AP increase of 34.
For example here's someone failing PEN with 294 FS: https://clips.twitch.tv/ColdbloodedCarelessFungusVoteNay It took him a total of 348 FS to finally hit PEN. It's just really not worth it to enhance unless you have the materials.
