If yes, at level 56 you can get the timepiece and switch out your character with any normal character level 25 or lower.
If Fughar’s Timepiece is being done this season, you do not need to graduate the character class you are not enjoying. You can graduate with a different character using the timepiece.
yes, Fughar quest is there, I have that item in my inventory but it's hardly any relief. I completed all the quests from season pass and that progress won't transfer. That means I will have to kill 2 rift bosses, 5k mobs and other annoying things I don't want to do. All I need is to level to 61 and complete adraxxia quest.
Then even if I'll change class it does not remove gambling nature of enchantments and restrictions for gear. It will only add repetitiveness and won't solve most of the current issues.
Two seasons ago I did the transfer when I was 3/4 complete with the Pass and my transferred character only had to do the last 1/4 of the Pass to graduate.
So, that is not what normally happens?
At the end of a Season your seasonal character automatically becomes a normal character.
What you miss out on if you do not complete the Pass is graduation goodies.
well, they kinds did guaranteed pen with Jetina and her daily tasks but that is hardly useful (you still will put too much time and coin into it, and you can't sell it afterwards except for upgraded chest). Probably they had to give more quests to earn upgrade stones and set flat rate for upgrade (X stones for guaranteed upgrade like we already have for lower quality upgrades).
So far this system feels unfair because you can get lucky and pen everything without an effort or get extremely unlucky and stay without gear and almost no means to upgrade it further. That's what annoys me the most - basing your season character success on gambling.
I read notes and it said quest progress won't transfer. Last 1/4 of the season pass has tasks that won't share with other family characters (like weekly or bosses). there are many quests that are shared with family (naderr band, pets, fairy and these you do once per family) - these will auto complete but the rest - most ugly ones will stay to be completed.
Oh I see. thank you for clarifying!
Well I think season characters are still worth it cause it gives bonus exp and other free stuff even if you don't do what the OP is complaining about
Enhancement in this game is the worst and most undprductive gamble system ever made.
One thing I can say is that the previous season was easier. I don´t know what happened to the actual season but I am still locked with Naru gear after 4 days, while during the last season, I had full pen tuvala after literally 2 days.
Now I have to repeat this to four pieces of armor plus the sub weapon. *Sighs*
It's such a horrible game design, as bad as making people kill 5000 monsters.
Even tough I destroyed my whole tuvala set (wasn´t the case during last season....got full pen in 3 days....but not this time), have no ressources anymore to get to exchange my tuvala vs TET boss......I still got 3 tet boss on normal charatcers with the season build failstacks, TET centaurus belt 78 fs and TET Muskan and Leebur with 56 and 8o fs.
No pain no gain :s
