I've requested a refund.
BDO has to be ran as administrator (like many other more diverse & robust programs or games) because it needs to perform functions that Windows requires "run as administrator" to do. I would not recommend trying to find any odd/confusing methods to turn the Admin pop-up off, as they usually result in users killing the whole program by accident. All in all, it's simply just a pop-up message where you only have to click yes in order to play the game happily - the game just needs those perms to make sure that you're playing fairly, and are not hiding cheats within your game files. whenever i do run it as administrator it still says error code 10

Because VAC is built into the game itself, its not a third party program. For example when you have Battle Eye you need to grant access to it.
