Linking twitch: You must login as Pearl Abyss member to use this feature.

I have not find a way to claim twitch rewards since the transfer to pearl abyss.

1. I log into the new pearl abyss with my steam account.
2. Go to Web Storage.
3. I click on the "Claim Drops" button.

www.naeu.playblackdesert.com says "You must link this account with your Twitch account to get Drops. Would you like to link your Twitch account?"

4. I click "OK"

account.pearlabyss.com says "You must login as Pearl Abyss member to use this feature."

5. I click "OK" and I end up back at my account information page.

Has anyone figured out a way around this?

Same here and there's no option other than selecting region to claim the rewards. Made a ticket and the response made me more confused than ever. Sadistic.
