missing horse?

Hi, silly question,but how do I find my horse on the map? I am at the Heidel stables but I keep getting message , "you can only take out one at a time", but I cant locate where I left my donkey and cant retrieve it bc it has a pack on and I will lose the items if I transport it to Heidel stables, so I need to go and get it , but cant find it on the map

Open your main map. There should be a blue/white horse icon on it. That is where your horse is. Also, at the upper left of your screen there should be a horse/mount icon. Hover your mouse pointer over it and you should get two options. Chose the right click option (locate mount) that changes your autopath guide to where your horse is.

EDIT: If you have more than one character, from the initial screen where you choose which character to play, next to the names, one while have a mount icon on it. You will need to log into BDO using that character to put it back in the stables.

Thank you , also I have another question, How do you remove items on your donkey? I went into his inventory , but I LMB/RMB and nothing, it wont come off and either go into my inventory or on my back..help

With your mount out. When you are near it. Instead of mounting it 'R', press F7 instead. You can right click on the items and they will go into your in person inventory.

Hello My horse has dissappeared. It was it Velia and now is not. It was a tier 8 female withe fur but theres nowhere to be found. I have checked the minimap, when to all stables and nothing ...

First check if any of your characters have it out (Press ESC then DIsconect all your characters will show, each portrait has a horse icon top right if they are currently using a horse. Check stable and see if you could see it there even if is grayed out, look at the info of the location. If you can see it at the stable, click on it and click remote collection.

I have checked all the chars and they have other horses but not the one i am mentioning. And when i check in all my horses the icon of the horse appears in grey, like i dont have any horse out. Is like i have never had that horse, but the money isnt back either

-=AlfaDave=- has already touched on this, but I'll try posing it in a different way.

01) How many characters do you have?
02) Do you remember where your horse was parked in Velia?

Sometimes when you park a horse in a congested area, it takes a little time for it to render.
Also, in congested areas, sometimes you can't see it through all of the congestion.

If more than one character.
With each of your characters, step a little ways away from all of the congestion.
A little ways being, in a clear area across the street.
In the upper left of your monitor is a horse head icon.
LMB on the icon will whistle for your horse. If you are close enough to it, it will come to you.
RMB on the icon will create an auto-path marker you can follow to where your horse is.

Do this with each of your characters and you'll discover which character has the horse out and where it is.

If none of your characters find the horse, then you might have put it in a death scenario or you stabled it in a different stable and you forgot you did that.
If your horse shows grayed out in the stable in Velia, if it is stabled in a different city/town, below your horses name it will show the city/town it is stabled in.
Go to that city/town on foot and get it or take a different horse, ride there, and switch them out.
