Is Black Desert Cross-play/save Supported?

I got a couple of maxed out characters on Xbox and I know it has cross-play with PlayStation. but I haven't messed with PlayStation yet.

what I'm trying to find out is does it have something like Destiny 2 or Final Fantasy online? where you can just play on all systems with just one account.

Nope.
Consoles are separate from PC. There's also regional separation as well.
Basically everything was splintered into different publishing and development units at the start and there's no effective way to merge them all back together now.

I wouldn't be surprised in about 5 years they do that; once the game becomes less popular they might make that a reality now that they own all publishing rights to the game, but til then you are out of luck.
