That said, people keep making noise about PVE exclusive servers, and the season servers don't have PVP.
But your normal server still have PVP everywhere.
Of course, unless you're doing something people will want to fight you about, there's extremely little random PVP, the daily commute around the world has never caused me an issue. I understand it's mainly high-end spots where people are literally fighting one another for the ability to grind their circle in peace.
There were the seasonal servers. They were strictly PVE. They were completely miserable to play on.
COMPLETELY.
MISERABLE.
Do you like grinding [insert location here]? Good. So the the 5-10 others that are here too. good luck gaining any XP or loot while trying to share a rotation with that many other players.
The way you say that in past tense. Does that mean they are no longer a thing? I see multiple seasonal servers in the server list (and the one specifically marked PvP), so you're post is kind of confusing.

Upon further research, could you have been referring to this bit?
"At the end of the season, your character will become a regular character."
In that, apparently, your character is only good for the duration of a season?
life is just forced pvp....
When this eventually does happen, do you lose ♥♥♥♥ if people kill you? Or just get sent to like a checkpoint or some such?
