Buy them!
in the end you want a T9 with good stats and you can only know if they are good stats if you trained it to level 30. so its rng after rng. you can end up with a pretty bad T9 that nobody will buy. So better just wait for market for a nice T9. There are discords that give you notice if one is coming up in 10mins.
Only breed if you like breeding horses or want to gamble with the rng.
Or if you like the rng then try to build it yourself, be aware that that 10b can be disolved in thin air easily without you having anything at all.
Like to gamble? Do it yourself, not 18+ yet then buy one.
The awakening is even more difficult. Just trying to get the mats can be a nightmare on it's own.
So, it really depends on how much of a masochist you are.
Best decision and market snipe I ever made ;)
